Elections Overview
Three student governance structures are contested in the 2026/27 elections. Learn more about each below.
SRC — Student Representative Council
Campus & institutional student leadership
The SRC represents the entire TUT student body, driving student welfare, academic advocacy, transformation and campus life.
Student Parliament
Campus & institutional oversight
Student Parliament provides deliberative oversight of student governance across campuses and at institutional level.
SFC — Student Faculty Council
Faculty-level student leadership
The SFC represents students within each TUT faculty on each campus, working with academic staff throughout the faculty on curriculum and faculty-specific student concerns.
